President says Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce will 'actively engage' with North Yorkshire Council in town's interests

Harrogate District Chamber of Commerce has reelected its president in a week which has also seen it pledge to act as a voice for the town as North Yorkshire Council contemplates changes in parking.
